I've placed 2 custom orders with Simone, 6 posters 24x36. The first order customer service/communication started out great. Shipping was really slow--her page denotes shipping is usually 3-5 days. I understand that custom orders take more time but this wasn't a re-creation just printed on a larger film. I don't need to understand the how but please communicate when the Etsy delivery dated has passed. This happened on both orders; I should've learned my lesson. First order took 2 weeks; second took 3 weeks. Sigh. Do better.
